What’s Updated in this Version of the policy

This updated policy refers to the updated Android and iOS Apps which include the following changes:
  1. All users will need to view and access the Privacy Policy from within the Login Screen of the App in case the user is not logged into the app.
  2. In case the user is logged into the app and is updating the app from the Google Play and Apple App Stores, user will be prompted to view and accept to the terms and conditions laid down in the Privacy Policy on the “Dashboard” screen of the app. 
  3. All users will need to accept the Privacy Policy terms in order to be able to continue accessing and using the app and service.
  4. In case the user wishes to not accept the Privacy Policy terms, the user can uninstall / delete the app and request for deletion of their data by emailing  info@franexpousa.com with your name, email and consent to delete all data from the app.

The rights of Users

Users may exercise certain rights regarding their Data processed by the Owner.
In particular, Users have the right to do the following:
