  • Act as a franchisor
  • Guarantee any business outcomes


2. No Financial, Legal, or Investment Advice

All information provided at the Expo—including seminars, exhibitor materials, and communications—is for informational purposes only.

We do not provide:

  • Financial advice
  • Legal advice
  • Investment advice

You are solely responsible for:

  • Conducting your own due diligence
  • Reviewing Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs)
  • Consulting with qualified professionals


3. Registration & Participation

By registering for or attending the Expo:

  • You confirm that the information you provide is accurate
  • You agree to comply with all event rules and guidelines
  • You understand that participation is voluntary

We reserve the right to:

  • Deny or revoke access to any participant
  • Remove individuals for inappropriate or disruptive behavior


4. Communications & Consent

By registering for the Expo or submitting your information, you expressly consent to receive communications from us and our partners.

These may include:

  • Text messages (SMS/MMS)
  • Automated and AI-powered outreach

These communications may be sent by:

  • The Expo

  • Franchise brands (exhibitors)

5. Telephone & Messaging Compliance

6. Lead Sharing & Exhibitor Interaction

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • These parties may contact you directly regarding their products and services

This sharing may occur when you:

  • Register for the Expo
  • Attend the event
  • Scan your badge or QR code
  • Engage with exhibitors or request information

We do not control:

  • The frequency of communications from third parties
  • The content of their communications

All interactions with exhibitors and partners are solely between you and those parties.


7. Event Participation & Assumption of Risk

Participation in the Expo is at your own risk.

We are not responsible for:

  • Interactions with exhibitors, sponsors, or other attendees
  • Business decisions made as a result of attending
  • Any personal injury, loss, or damages incurred at the event

You assume full responsibility for your participation.


8. No Guarantees or Endorsements

We do not:

  • Endorse any exhibitor, brand, or opportunity
  • Guarantee the accuracy of information provided by exhibitors
  • Guarantee financial success or business outcomes

All opportunities involve risk.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Expo and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of income or profits
  • Business or investment losses
  • Decisions made based on information obtained at the Expo

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of our services.


10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Expo, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Your participation in the Expo
  • Your interactions with exhibitors or third parties
  • Your violation of these Terms


11. Intellectual Property

All content associated with the Expo—including branding, materials, and website content—is the property of the Expo or its licensors.

You may not:

  • Use for commercial purposes

Without prior written consent.


12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Expo platform for unlawful purposes
  • Disrupt or interfere with event operations

By participating, you acknowledge that your information may be:

14. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

You agree:

  • Not to participate in class actions
  • To resolve disputes individually

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
